Terms of Agreement

I have supplied this agreement for your peace of mind and for all involved in this project and to answer some questions you may have.

Once you have read the Agreement Terms you may submit your contact email. You will then get an email asking to confirm your request.

Click the confirmation link and I will then contact you with all the instructions and information for submitting for inclusion in the e-book/s.

Note: Upon submitting your information for the production of books by the publisher you must read and agree to the agreement terms.

I have read and agreed to the following:

  • I give permission to to use the information and imagery to promote and sell the e-books.
  • I give permission to the publisher to use the information and imagery supplied by me to promote and sell printed books if this becomes an option later.
  • The publisher has the right to include or exclude any submissions made.
  • I understand that a commission of 50% will be paid to me from every sale made from purchasers who I refer to the product/s via my*hop link. The commissions earned from the sales I generate will be paid into my Click Bank account and I am responsible for setting up a free account with Clickbank to recieve the commission. If I do not do so I will forfeit payment.
  • The publisher has the right to withdraw any affiliate privileges if I break any law in relation to these products on the Internet or otherwise.
  • I understand that I remain the copyright owner of all my artwork and any permission to use my information or images beyond this purpose must be obtained though written permission from me.
  • I am entitled to keep all artwork commission generated through the book/s. There will not be any obligation to pay The publisher for any commissions earned.
  • The work, reference material and information I provide is original and owned by me and does not breach any copyright laws.
    *Instructions on how to do this will be provided. Once you sign up for a free account with Clickbank you wil be provided with an affilaite/hop link code (Note: I cannot track your sales without this set up)
